This is a Mosfet Booster, PTP wiring for that vintage look
The resistors are old school carbon comp
the caps are Mallory and silver mica, the elec. cap is a Phillips, I believe.
The schematic is widely available on the net.
You can use the booster before OD or distortion to add gain or after your dirt boxes for a volume boost for solo's
